Born and raised in Charleston, SC, Tre Fergerson is a retired U.S. Army veteran with over 21 years of active duty service. Now based in the DMV area, Tre has carved out a multifaceted career as an actor, screenwriter, director, and producer. He serves as Director of Operations for the Washington, D.C. Chapter of Veterans in Media & Entertainment (VME), where he continues his commitment to supporting fellow veterans in the creative arts.
Tre has starred in feature films including Necropolis and Milkman: Vengeance, and was awarded Best Director in the 2023 Washington, D.C. 48 Hour Film Project Sci-Fi competition. As co-owner and CEO of Reel Brothers Production Group, LLC, he is dedicated to creating meaningful and groundbreaking films that inspire and entertain audiences everywhere.
Eric L. Jones is a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry, boasting over 20 years of diverse experience as a writer, director, actor, producer, and comedian. A native of the DMV area, Eric began his performing arts journey at the age of five and has since excelled in various roles, including writing several gospel stage plays and a musical. He has showcased his improvisational skills with the Unscripted DC group and served as the head writer for The Eric L. Jones Show, a sketch comedy series on social media.
In addition to his extensive background in theater and comedy, Eric has written and co-produced short films such as “Don’t Elf It Up,” “Necropolis,” and “The Milkman Vengeance.” He is currently directing a feature film titled “Couple’s Therapy.” As a co-founder of Reel Brothers Productions, one of the fastest-growing independent film companies in the DMV, Eric is dedicated to creating impactful content for a wide audience.
Nicole Batiste brings discipline, precision, and heart to every project she touches. A retired U.S. Army veteran, she developed her skills in teamwork, logistics, and adaptability while serving in demanding environments—including as an executive assistant to a two-star general–equivalent civilian.
Service runs deep in Nicole’s roots: her grandfather, both parents, and her sister have all served in the military, making her work a continuation of a proud family legacy of resilience and dedication. She now channels those values into film production, ensuring each project runs smoothly, on time, and true to its creative vision.
Beyond her role with RBPG, Nicole is the CEO and founder of Antara Mastery, where she helps people achieve success through inner peace by blending brain health, energy alignment, and consciousness studies into practical, transformative tools.
Thaddeus Johnson is a strategic organizational leader, practicing attorney, and imaginative content producer based in Washington, DC. Leveraging a background in television production and corporate media strategy for Fortune 500 companies, Thaddeus excels at conceptualizing and managing video and digital content to create a compelling brand voice. As the founder of Guerrilla Digital, LLC, his production credits include the SAG feature Pushback and the award-selected documentary Saving Gullah Land. He is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and believes deeply in storytelling's power to honor tradition and inspire positive change.
